Warranty Information
5 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
We at FlipSide Luggage stands by the quality of our Luggage Carry-On suitcases. It has been tested and refined by our team.
Our bags, when used under normal conditions, for which they are designed for, the carry-on suitcase is warranted to be free from any defects for 5 years from the date of purchase. If a defect occurs to your bag, we will provide either a store credit or replacement of the bag in its entirety. Such decisions are made on a case-by-case situation and to our discretion, only with proof of original purchase.
Our warranty, as stated above, does not cover any ill-inflicted or accidental damages, unreasonable or improper use, improper handling or damages caused by common carriers, loss of use, or consequential damages.
If your bag suffers damages of any kind associated with normal operation & use (zipper failure, wheels break, material rips, etc.), please contact us either through our Contact Form or email us at info@flipsideluggage.com.
Our Carry-On bag is designed to be a carry-on suitcase, we don't expect for owners to have a need to part with their bag at any point during their travel - taking it into the flight cabin and store it there, easy to be accessed by the owner.
In the instance the carrier makes the bag owner check the bag or there are any other reasons for them to have to give up their bag and the carrier takes possession of it, the carrier would be responsible for replacing the bag and compensate for any damages done to the bag. For that, the bag owner would have to contact and file with the carrier that was used for travel.
Should you for any reason need to return your suitcase that was purchased with us, please contact us through our Contact Form. Once your warranty claim has been approved, we require the return of the warrantied item. All returns must be sent to our FlipSide Luggage Company Warehouse.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state or country to country. Should we suspect fraud of any kind your claim may be subject to additional verification including but not limited to providing state or government issued identification prior to final claim approval.
