Thank you for purchasing your FlipSide Suitcase. We are proud to stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. This Limited Lifetime Warranty (“Warranty”) applies to the original purchaser and is valid from the date of purchase for the life of the product under normal use.

This Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including:

• Broken zippers or zipper pulls
• Broken pull handles
• Damaged or defective wheels
• Stitching that unravels prematurely
• Structural defects affecting the usability of the suitcase

This Warranty does not cover:

• Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, scuffs, stains)
• Damage caused by abuse, mishandling, or airline damage
• Normal wear and tear
• Improper use or storage
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

To make a claim, please:

• Provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation)
• Describe the issue and include photos or video if possible
• If your suitcase is found to be defective under this Warranty, we will, at our discretion: Repair the item at no cost
  
• Replace the item with the same or a comparable model
  
• Offer a store credit or refund if a repair or replacement is not feasible

FlipSide Luggage reserves the right to determine when the product has reached the end of its usable life. The usable life of “Premium” or “Luxury” suitcases is around 10 years worth of continued use. However, FlipSide promises to exercise discretion in deciding warranty claims, we are happy to stand behind our products and treat our customers fairly, and hope that our customers are equally as committed to caring for their suitcases, and the integrity of the claims process, as we are to providing them with quality products. We strive for transparency and fairness in all warranty decisions and aim to ensure that our customers enjoy the full value of their investment for years to come.
This Warranty is non-transferable and only valid for the original purchaser. Liability is limited to the value of the product. FlipSide Luggage is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.
